Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Level International (“Level International”, “we”) processes personal data collected through doingbusinessturkiye.com (the “website”). It is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. What personal data we process
- Consultation and contact requests: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), country, company (optional), the topic and timeline you choose, your preferred call time and your message.
- Partner referrals: your name, firm, e-mail address and the information you share about the client or matter you refer. Please share only what is needed for a first contact.
- E-mail and phone contact: the content of your e-mails or calls and your contact details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and server logs created when you visit the website, for security and operation.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): pages visited, downloads, approximate location (country/city), device type and how you reached the website, collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (for example health data). Please do not include them in your messages.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it. We will send you newsletters or marketing e-mails only if you ask for them separately.
4. Who receives your data
- Our team at Level International, only those who need the data to answer your request.
- Service providers acting on our instructions: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics, only with your consent; Google Fonts) and our e-mail provider.
- audittrust network firms or other advisers, only if your matter involves another country and you agree that we involve them.
- Public authorities and courts, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers abroad
Some of our service providers store data outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, Chapter V of the GDPR, on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or, where no other basis is available, your explicit consent.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- If you become a client: for the duration of the engagement and the periods required by Turkish law (generally 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law).
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Server logs: for a short period, as set by our hosting provider.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website works without analytics cookies. With your consent, it uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use it, for example which pages are read, which guides are downloaded and from which countries visitors come. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are used. Your choice is remembered in your browser so that the banner is not shown again.
You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is shared with Google for this purpose.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you can ask us whether we process your personal data and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong, and to be deleted or destroyed; ask that third parties to whom it was transferred are notified of these actions; object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems only; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, write to info@level-international.com or send a signed letter to the address above, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We will reply within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, under the GDPR, to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
