Türkiye salary calculator
Convert a monthly salary from gross to net or from net to gross, with employee and employer social security, income tax, stamp tax and the minimum wage exemptions — month by month for 2026.
| Month | Gross | Employee SSC 14% |
Unemployment 1% |
Income tax | Stamp tax | Cumulative tax base |
Net before exemptions |
Min. wage income tax exemption |
Min. wage stamp tax exemption |
Net take-home total |
Employer SSC 21.75% |

Net before exemptions = gross − employee SSC − unemployment − income tax − stamp tax. The minimum wage income tax and stamp tax exemptions are then added back to give the net take-home pay. Net pay can change during the year as the cumulative tax base moves into higher brackets.

Parameters for 2026
- Social security base is the gross salary, not less than the floor and not more than the ceiling.
- Employee contributions: 14% social security and 1% unemployment insurance on that base; the income tax base is gross minus 15% of the base.
- Income tax is charged on gross minus employee contributions, using the cumulative base since January (or since the start month) and the wage income tariff.
- Minimum wage exemption: the income tax on the minimum wage and the stamp tax on the minimum wage are not charged. The income tax exemption follows the minimum wage's own cumulative base for the employee's 1st, 2nd, 3rd… month of salary in the year, so it rises once that base passes the first bracket. Income tax payable = calculated income tax − exemption.
- Stamp tax of 0.759% applies to the gross salary above the minimum wage.
- Employer cost adds employer social security (21.75%) and unemployment insurance (2%) on the same base. In 2026 the employer share is reduced by 2 percentage points in most sectors (19.75%) and by 5 points only for manufacturing employers (16.75%). The 2-point reduction is applied by default; choose the 5-point option for a manufacturing employer, or "No reduction" to see the cost without it.
